Rinses

The American Dental Association (ADA) does not recommend mouth rinses or mouthwash for children under the age of six, who may swallow the rinse. For older children, rinses containing fluoride can provide additional cavity protection. You’ll want to check the ingredients carefully, as some rinses contain alcohol.

There is no particular order to brushing, flossing and rinsing — your children can use whatever order they prefer!
